El Ingenio Shopping Centre will soon begin a new stage of growth after completing the necessary urban planning procedures and obtaining the corresponding building permit for its expansion.<\/p>\n\n
This project involves an investment of approximately 14 million euros and will add more than 4,500 m\u00b2 of new space for commercial premises, responding to the growing demand from operators and consumers on the Eastern Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n\n
Thanks to this expansion, El Ingenio will exceed 100 stores and reach nearly 50,000 m\u00b2 of commercial space, expanding the variety of brands, services, and experiences available to its customers.<\/p>\n\n
The project will generate approximately 155 new jobs linked to the opening and activity of the new establishments, reinforcing El Ingenio\u2019s role as one of the main economic drivers in the region.<\/p>\n\n
A growing asset.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n El Ingenio is entering this new phase from a position of strength, with 100% commercial occupancy and footfall exceeding 9.2 million visits per year.<\/p>\n\n With the addition of new operators, Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios expects to exceed 10 million visitors per year, consolidating the centre\u2019s ability to attract residents, tourists and visitors from across the Eastern Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n\n One of the main factors behind this success is its strategic location.
