Salsa Inmobiliaria focuses its business activity on real estate development. The Group’s leased property assets are managed by Salsa Patrimonio. Salsa Agrícola is responsible for our avocado farms and the lease of rural land.

Salsa Inmobiliaria

Leading real estate developer in the province of Malaga. Its activity focuses on land development, construction and urban development, and the promotion of housing, offices, and shopping centers.

It manages the group’s rental property portfolio, comprising more than 70,000 m² of leasable space with office buildings in prime locations in Malaga and Madrid, commercial premises, residential properties, and a shopping center, El Ingenio, which is a landmark in the Axarquía region.

Salsa Agrícola

Management of rural property rentals, operation of farms for avocado cultivation, and soil conservation. Currently operates 475 hectares on the eastern coast of Malaga, with more than 124 hectares of its own crops.
