We are dedicated to real estate development, the management of land in planning and property management, as well as the leasing of rural land, and agricultural production. It manages the group’s leased and rented property assets, more than 73,000 m² of rentable floor space with office buildings in prime areas of Malaga and Madrid, commercial units, residential premises, as well as one shopping centre, El Ingenio, a leading retail complex in the area of La Axarquia.

Salsa Agrícola

Management of leased rural land, operation of farms for the cultivation of avocados, and soil conservation. It currently operates 475 hectares on the east coast of Malaga, with more than 124 hectares of its own cultivation.
