With a business tradition linked to Malaga since the 19th century, Grupo Sociedad Azucarera Larios was established as a holding company in 1994.

We are dedicated to real estate development, the management of land in planning and property management, as well as the leasing of rural land, and agricultural production. Salsa Inmobiliaria

With 1,211 homes delivered in the last 15 years, Salsa Inmobiliaria is a leading real estate developer in the province of Málaga. We are responsible for enhancing land value, construction and urban development, as well as the promotion of homes, offices, and shopping centers.

Salsa Patrimonio

More than 79,000 m² of leasable space in both office buildings and commercial premises, as well as residences. All of this is located in prime areas of Málaga and Madrid. Additionally, we have El Ingenio, a leading shopping center in the Axarquía region. Salsa Patrimonio manages the urban rental assets of the group.

Salsa Agrícola

Salsa Agrícola manages the rural rental assets and the operation of estates for the cultivation of avocados and mangoes, as well as soil conservation. Currently, our assets consist of 897 hectares on the eastern coast of Málaga, with over 124 hectares of our own cultivation.

One of our main projects, and one of which we are most proud, is the construction, promotion, and rental management of premises at El Ingenio Shopping Center, a benchmark for leisure and shopping in the Axarquía region.
